Shipping Policy

This shipping policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from PeakFusion. We aim to be transparent about timelines, responsibilities, and what to do if an issue arises with your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. In most cases, our team ships orders within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include transit time.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and external factors. Estimated delivery timeframes generally range from 10–20 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PeakFusion does not control delays caused by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, including delays related to weather, customs, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, and tracking information is provided once available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate at checkout. PeakFusion is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

If you experience issues such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Providing photos and order details helps us resolve issues quickly.

We are unable to replace or refund orders reported outside this timeframe.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an eligible product, returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $3 processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Refunds apply to the product cost only and do not include original shipping fees. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received.
