The Science behind the trinity

We do not chase trends. We formulate for the biological baseline, the foundational nutrients supported by decades of clinical research to sustain human performance in the real world (Cooper et al., 2021; Holick, 2007; Office of Dietary Supplements, 2026).

Glossary: Terms We Stand By

Bioavailability: The proportion of a nutrient that is absorbed and becomes available for use or storage in the body. We select forms with proven absorption profiles in human studies, such as chelated minerals and bioactive vitamin forms (Office of Dietary Supplements, 2026).

Clinical Dosing: The dosage range that has demonstrated benefit in controlled human trials, not just what “looks good” on a label (Kreider et al., 2017; Holick, 2007). Whenever possible, we align our dosing strategy with these human data instead of relying on trace amounts for marketing claims.
